I'm Dr. Sammy, a Believer, Board Certified Physician Assistant with a Doctorate of Medical Science degree, Women's Health Coach, PCOS wellness expert, Wife & Mom of 2, on a passionate mission to empower women like you to reclaim your health.

Let me share a bit of my story with you.

Not too long ago, I was trapped in a cycle of frustration and despair. I battled stubborn weight gain, hormonal acne, excess hair growth that left me feeling anything but feminine, and a laundry list of other PCOS symptoms that weighed me down both physically and emotionally. Depression, anxiety, fatigue, painful menstrual cycles, ovarian cysts lurking like unwelcome guests, and brain fog so thick I could barely remember my own age – it was a constant struggle just to get through each day.

But amidst the darkness, there was a flicker of hope – a glimmer of possibility. I knew I deserved better. So, armed with determination and a fierce desire for change, I embarked on a journey.

In 2023, something miraculous happened: I shed over 50 pounds, not just of physical weight, but of emotional baggage too. Through prayer, dedication, perseverance, and a whole lot of faith, God transformed my life. And let me tell you, the transformation was so much more than skin deep. As the excess weight melted away, so did my acne, my excess hair, my depression, anxiety, and fatigue. The fog that clouded my mind lifted to reveal a clarity I hadn't known in years.

Now, I'm not just here to share my story – I'm here to be your

guide, your confidante, and your biggest cheerleader on

your own journey to wellness.

I've walked the path you're on now, and I know firsthand

the struggles and triumphs that lie ahead.
